HOW WE PRODUCE


The company has imported Dutch greenhouse technology and has adapted it to traditional Mediterranean cultivation.

The heat and the intense sun of Sicily combined with technology guarantees taste and the excellent health of our products.

The use of small greenhouses guarantees an elevated ventilation which is ideal for the tomato plants.

The progression of the transplanting and the beginning of the production allows a constant production during all the months of the year that is finalised at satisfying the customer requests of its clients, which are composed of 95% by large scale distribution in Italy and Europe.

With the intent of safeguarding a continuous supply of Datterino and mini sammarzano we have a group of farmers who we guarantee technical assistance to. Ten farmers for 8 hectares of yield, each a Global Gap associate.
